About Our Facility
Recently named a Center of Excellence in cosmetic surgery, Tulsa Surgical Arts offers patients a chance to relax and achieve their cosmetic goals. In an elegant, spa-like atmosphere, patients can enjoy a variety of meticulously curated amenities, such as comfy chairs, state-of-the-art treatment rooms, and easy parking in downtown Tulsa. As one of the few facilities in Oklahoma with an accredited SRC surgical center, Dr. Cuzalina has two state-of-the-art operating rooms. Named the Bellagio and the Venetian, each operating room is equipped with advanced technologies. To ensure your treatment is as comfortable as possible, Dr. Cuzalina also offers a luxurious overnight guest suite. Taking the stress out of trying to change bandages, traveling back home, going to the bathroom, or maneuvering around your home, an overnight suite allows us to help you remain comfortable and provide professional care so you don't have to worry. Additionally, for patients who prefer to undergo noninvasive treatments, Dr. Cuzalina proudly offers an on-site medical spa.

OMG!!! I am 4.5 months post op and my size medium shirt is so baggy and my size medium athletic pants are cinched up to accommodate my snatched waist! You helped relieve me of back pain and the struggles of exercising with large breasts. My loose, saggy skin from loosing weight is gone. I no longer look like I have lost the 70 plus pounds. You sculpted and contoured my body and made me ecstatically pleasing. Thank you for making a difference in my life and the lives of others.
Absolutely LOVE Dr. C and his entire staff! They are the kindest, most caring facility I have ever been to. I highly recommend! I have had multiple things done and across the board it's been a breeze and they're incredible even after surgery and ALWAYS take the time for you.
I highly recommend Dr. Cuzalina and his team, they are wonderful and did an amazing job.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place, staff, and Dr.C! The people here are unbelievably kind and welcoming and they make sure you are taken excellent care of! I went in for a breast augmentation and everything went perfect! I will 100% be going back for any of my beauty needs🥰
