Breast Lift with Implant Augmentation for Tulsa Woman

Shown before and 6 weeks post op 30 year old (5'6" 138lbs) who had 2 previous breast surgeries by a board certified plastic surgeon. The patient remained unhappy and complained of droopy breast that were too large. She wore a 32 F bra and hoped to be a D cup. She presented with capsular contracture on one side and widened areolas from a previous periareolar lift. She also wanted much smaller nipple areola complexes. Dr. Cuzalina removed her 540cc saline implants that were above the muscle (submammary) along with all the scar tissue (complete capsulectomy). Additional excess breast tissue and skin were also excised along with simultaneous placement of new 475 cc high profile silicone gel implants in a total submuscular position. An invert T type breast lift, mastopexy, was also performed to elevate the residual breast tissue and make the areolas smaller in diameter.
