In most cultures across the world, a strong jawline is seen as a beautiful part of the face. When a person gets older, gains weight, or suffers from an injury, the jawline can start to lose definition. To create a stronger-looking jawline, jaw implants can improve the shape of the lower, outer part of the jaw. Depending on your cosmetic goals, we can make the jaw look more feminine or masculine. If you would like to learn more, we encourage you to schedule an appointment at Tulsa Surgical Arts in Tulsa, OK with Dr. Angelo Cuzalina.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place, staff, and Dr.C! The people here are unbelievably kind and welcoming and they make sure you are taken excellent care of! I went in for a breast augmentation and everything went perfect! I will 100% be going back for any of my beauty needs🥰
I highly recommend Dr. Cuzalina and his team, they are wonderful and did an amazing job.
Absolutely LOVE Dr. C and his entire staff! They are the kindest, most caring facility I have ever been to. I highly recommend! I have had multiple things done and across the board it's been a breeze and they're incredible even after surgery and ALWAYS take the time for you.
OMG!!! I am 4.5 months post op and my size medium shirt is so baggy and my size medium athletic pants are cinched up to accommodate my snatched waist! I am sooooooo loving my progress and all of my NSVs!!! I am so grateful for the entire Tulsa Surgical Arts team for helping me become a better version of myself. I would not be where I am post op without Brandy Finwick’s incredible lymphatic massage skills, the tips and strategies she has shared with me, plus the unlimited amount of genuine encouragement she has given me. Dr. C, you sir did a phenomenal job. You listened to everything I told you about my dissatisfaction of my damaged abdominal muscles and my dislike for the vertical scars I’d had since I was 6 years old. You helped relieve me of back pain and the struggles of exercising with large breasts. My loose, saggy skin from loosing weight is gone. I no longer look like I have lost the 70 plus pounds. You sculpted and contoured my body and made me ecstatically pleasing. Thank you for making a difference in my life and the lives of others.

How Are Jawline Implants Placed?
In one of our private, accredited AAAHC operating rooms, Dr. Cuzalina will start by administering anesthesia or an IV sedative. Once you have completely relaxed, Dr. Cuzalina creates small incisions inside the mouth and inserts the implants through the incisions. When the implants are against the bone, we place small screws to secure the implants. He will close the incisions with dissolvable sutures and use bandages to control bleeding or discharge. Typically, the surgery takes about 1 – 2 hours to complete. You should see noticeable results after the surgery, which will get better as your body starts to heal.

About UsWhat to Expect After Jawline Implant Surgery
Following your procedure, you will experience some swelling and bruising. These symptoms will subside in about 1 – 2 days. You will also have some tightness near the treatment area, which will start to feel more normal as you get used to the implant. For 2 – 10 days, you should avoid food items that require you to chew because this could interfere with your healing. We will provide detailed aftercare instructions that outline how to care for your incisions and reduce discomfort. In addition to caring for your incisions, you should avoid strenuous exercise, and you will need to sleep upright for a few days.
