62 year old before and 6 month following a breast reduction and simultaneous augmentation. The patient had lost 70 pounds over the past year and wanted much more perky breast but close to the same size. She underwent breast reduction using a medial pedicle and wise pattern ( anchor)incision, a total of 514 grams of tissue was removed from the right breast and 496 grams from the left. Simultaneous saline implants were place in a total submuscular position that were each 550cc filled to 600cc on each side.
