Breast Revision Surgery by Tulsa, OK Cosmetic Surgeon

42 year old who had 2 previous breast implant surgeries by another surgeon 3 & 4 years ago. She was found to have a "double-bubble" deformity of her right breast, which was below pectoralis muscle and the left, more saggy breast, which had the implant above the muscle. She wanted the same size, but better aesthetics. Revision surgery performed and shown on the right, six weeks following the removal of saline implants and replacement using 600cc high profile silicone gel implants, both now placed under the muscle. She also has pocket revision and simultaneous mastopexy (breast lift) with removal of 82 and 88 ccs from each breast to improve shape and size.
