Brow and Forehead Lift in Tulsa, OK

This is a 52 year old female who is shown before and one year following cosmetic facial surgery by Dr. Cuzalina. The patient had a lower face and neck lift with associated submentoplasty and Liposculpture to lift her neck and jowls. She also had an endoscopic forehead and brow lift to elevate her midface, outer eyebrow and decrease frown line between her eyes. She had upper and lower blepharoplasties (eyelid surgery) to improve the skin and shape above and below her eyes. The upper eyelid required skin removal and fat reduction while the lower eyelids were performed with fat removal from the inside area (transconjuctival) plus fat grafting to her tear troughs and hollow areas of her cheek followed by laser skin resurfacing to tighten and smooth the fine lines. Lastly, Dr. Cuzalina used a small amount of permanent filler to enhance her lips and performed laser skin resurfacing with a carbon dioxide laser over the patient’s entire face to improve texture, sun damage changes and remove fine lines. At one year she has maintained a great result that is very rejuvenating while still being very natural.
