Rhinoplasty by Tulsa Cosmetic Surgeon

This is a 34 year old white female who is shown before and 6 months following an open septo rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Cuzalina. She required correction of deviation using a combination of septoplasty plus lateral osteotomies to adjust the bone on each side. Dr. Cuzalina also used a nasal tip strut and small batten grafts in the tip of her nose to give support and improve shape and symmetry. Small amount of bulbous cartilage was reduced to narrow her nasal tip and decrease the tip projection. Her hump was also reduced slightly.
