8 months after open rhinoplasty with rib cartilage columellar-tip grafting as well as batten grafting to correct external valve collapse. Patient had two previous nasal and septal surgeries many years ago with a different surgeon. Rib cartilage was selected for strength, size and lack of other suitable cartilage required in fibrotic cases. The thicker cartilage aids in stability of this difficult case, but make the tip more firm to the touch.More
