Dr. Cuzalina rotated the patient's nasal tip using a septal extension graft (cartilage strut harvested from his septum & used to also support the nasal tip). The mid nasal hump was reduced, while the upper nose (Radix region) was filled in using morselized cartilage. Lastly, Dr. Cuzalina narrowed the width of his nose with "lateral micro-puncture osteotomies" to bring in the boney fullness on each side.
