"I am 8 weeks post-op removal of implants, breast lift, and liposuction to the hips. DO. THE. LIPO. I cannot express in words how happy I am with my results. I had a capsular contraction implant, and after having it replaced with my previous surgeon, and it incapsulating again, I started the hunt for a good breast surgeon. I had my eye on Dr.Cuzalina for about 2 years before pulling the trigger. What caught my eye were on his Snapchat stories, he would take video of his surgeries and would explain what he was doing & why, & he had a lot of experience with capsular contraction implants. After setting up a consultation I knew he would be the right fit. When I explained to him what I wanted he understood me perfectly and if you’re anything like me, I was scared of what I would be left with after getting my implants removed. Dr.C exceeded my expectations and gave me more breast fullness than I had even before my implants! He was able to use my own fat and tuck it back in and use sutures to keep my breasts lifted. My scarring is very fine and minimal. Also, he SNATCHED my back with the lipo!! He completely removed my love handles & bra rolls. My “muffin top” was something I have always been insecure about, and no one understood why, but now that I show my before and after pictures they see the real difference. Also- everyone now thinks I had a BBL, thanks to Dr.C giving me the aggressive back lipo I asked for 🙌 Dr.Cuzalina is someone who truly cares about his patients and their results. He did everything I asked for and even more! He is a doctor that wants his patients to feel confident after their surgery. If you have any insecurities he is your guy! I cannot recommend him enough!! I drove from 2 hours away, and am so happy with my choice. If you’re going through something similar to me, please consider setting up a consultation with Dr.C, and after the first meeting you will be sold. Any plastic surgeon can pop in a breast implant, but not all can execute a perky breast lift. He is very knowledgeable and he makes sure you understand what he is going to do and why. I not only had lost almost 100lbs but I breastfed for a combined 5 years so there was a lot of damage that had been done to my body. If you are thinking to go with him think no more. He is truly an artist! Dr. T is so attentive and has THE best bed side manner. "My experience at Tulsa Surgical Arts was amazing! I was told by my first surgeon ( in Houston, Tx) that I would not get the results I desired after going through my breast augmentation twice with him. He struggled with getting the symmetry right. Fast forward to 17 years later, I needed my implants replaced because of a silent rupture that was suspected from my mammogram. I dreaded the thought of having to go through another procedure. I searched Google reviews and results of every cosmetic surgeon within 400 mile radius. I was pleased with Dr. Cuzalina's before and after pictures, so I scheduled a consultation with him. Dr. Cuzalina gave me reassurance that he would do everything he could do to fix my asymmetry during the replacement and lift...and......HE DELIVERED!!! He also did a fantastic job with my abdominoplasty. I had a painless transition thanks to Dr. Cuzalina and his staff! I also want to mention how great Brandy took care of me during my post surgery lymphatic massage appointments. Brandy helped relieve the swelling and tightness during my recovery process. "UPDATE: I have received a call from Kaley stating there was some misunderstanding scheduling my appointment! She explained that because I am a past patient it is considered a follow up and able to get schedule a lot sooner than August! I appreciate the phone call to clear up the misunderstanding and will soon be able to figure out my next steps! I am a past breast augmentation client who had a recent scan that shows a possible intracapsular rupture and first consult is AUGUST!! They do acknowledge this can cause sickess and side effects but make no effort to work these cases in any sooner, but you can be put on the wait list! I did schedule for August because I have no other choice at this moment and need to consult and see what the next steps would be. I think this absurd practice for scheduling!! I will mention my previous experience for my breast augmentation was fine no complaints."

"I had a thigh lift in December of 2020. A thigh lift is a very tough surgery. This is the second time I have used Dr. Cuzalina. "Dr. Cuzalina and his staff are absolutely phenomenal. They all go above and beyond to ensure the happiness of their clients. Missi, the coordinator, returned my call at 10pm because they had been so busy and she didn’t get a chance to do so. She never made excuses, nor made up a lie about it; I didn’t think anything of it, but she was honest and extremely apologetic. The day of my surgery was no different; I was treated as if I were family. Dr. Cuzalina is very professional, funny, attentive, and never rushed my appointment at all. On May 8th, he performed my breast implant removal and replacement surgery, as well as a full lift. My results are sooooo amazing. Today (06/18/2019) not only did he attend to my 6 week Check up, he performed the permanent lip filler treatment which I love. I have TMJ and my jaw doesn’t align as it is supposed too, therefore, the fuller lips will help my mouth area to not look so “off set”. I could go on and on about the greatness of Dr. Cuzalina and his team, but there simply aren’t enough pages in a notebook, nor here to do so!!! "Let me just say this. I did my research. I had went to a different Dr. in the Tulsa area for my first breast surgery. He was a Dr that did alot of advertising on the radio. I didn't get the result I wanted and I also ended up in pain. I went to Dr Cuzalina and he fixed my breasts and they were absolutely beautiful. After two children I will be returning despite some previous issues I'm sure alot of people are concerned about regarding a nose job that was blasted on the news and the web. Without a doubt I am confident that my breast will be beautiful again when I make the decision to return to Dr Cuzalina for a second time. Dr Cuzalina doesn't advertise because he doesn't need to.
