"Dr. Sohn is a very talented and amazing surgeon and the Tulsa Surgical Arts team is the best around! He performed a Tummy Tuck with associated liposuction July of 2022. I was so nervous to get the procedures but Dr. Sohn and his team went beyond measures to ease my anxiety. They ensured I was comfortable getting the procedures, thoroughly explained the procedures to me, and answered any questions I had pre-surgery and post-surgery. I was so happy with the results that I had an axillary (armpit) fat removal procedure where my fatty armpit tissue was surgically excised, along with a hip and back liposuction procedure on February 20th 2023. It has been six weeks since my last procedure and I have to say WOW! I'm not even completely healed yet and the results are AMAZING! The scar under my arm is so minimal that it looks like a normal armpit crease and now I feel so confident exposing my arms and wearing tank tops. My hips, back and stomach look like they did BEFORE having 3 kids and at the age of 41, I finally got my confidence and sexy body back! Dr. Sohn is a well-rounded surgeon! "Dr Cuzalina and the staff at Tulsa Surgical Arts in Tulsa are absolutely amazing. Dr Cuzalina is an artist. I have gone to him for many years for Botox and other procedures. In 2020 I had a double mastectomy and immediately following - had reconstructive surgery. The surgeon who performed the mastectomy (not Dr Cuzalina ) did a good job of giving me some shape under my clothes but the implants were not level and too high. On 1/24/23 Dr Cuzalina performed a total reconstructive surgery on my breasts (including creating nipples for me! I didn’t know that was possible ). He also performed a tummy tuck with liposuction under my breast area and along my back side. I am so pleased!!!! I have cleavage and soft breasts and now when I am in the shower my husband just sees me through the glass door and not a constant reminder of cancer. I am so grateful to Dr Cuzalina for his artistic eye and surgical abilities, to Cathy, LeeAnne and Jennifer and all of the rest of the office and nursing staff for all of there guidance and friendliness and to Brandy for her magnificent massages. "My experience at Tulsa Surgical Arts was amazing! I was told by my first surgeon ( in Houston, Tx) that I would not get the results I desired after going through my breast augmentation twice with him. He struggled with getting the symmetry right. Fast forward to 17 years later, I needed my implants replaced because of a silent rupture that was suspected from my mammogram. I dreaded the thought of having to go through another procedure. I searched Google reviews and results of every cosmetic surgeon within 400 mile radius. I was pleased with Dr. Cuzalina's before and after pictures, so I scheduled a consultation with him. Dr. Cuzalina gave me reassurance that he would do everything he could do to fix my asymmetry during the replacement and lift...and......HE DELIVERED!!! "I would like to say my experience was even better than I could have ever dreamed. Because of surgeries I had as a child I never had a nice torso because they cut through my muscles, No matter how skinny I was it never looked flat or proportional. Then after 3 kids and just life happening I really didn’t. Once I had my tummy tuck surgery and Lipo I looked down and seen myself I just cried because it was a dream come true!!! It was worth every penny. Everyone there was so sweet and never made me feel uncomfortable about my body and they were open to tell me their own stories and what they had been through and they knew how I was feeling. "Dr. Cuzalina and his staff are absolutely phenomenal. They all go above and beyond to ensure the happiness of their clients. Missi, the coordinator, returned my call at 10pm because they had been so busy and she didn’t get a chance to do so. She never made excuses, nor made up a lie about it; I didn’t think anything of it, but she was honest and extremely apologetic. The day of my surgery was no different; I was treated as if I were family. Dr. Cuzalina is very professional, funny, attentive, and never rushed my appointment at all. On May 8th, he performed my breast implant removal and replacement surgery, as well as a full lift. My results are sooooo amazing. Today (06/18/2019) not only did he attend to my 6 week Check up, he performed the permanent lip filler treatment which I love. I have TMJ and my jaw doesn’t align as it is supposed too, therefore, the fuller lips will help my mouth area to not look so “off set”. He told me what to expect, to be realistic (there will be a scar (though minimal), recovery time, etc.), and removed a great deal of my trepidation when discussing the amount of times he had done the procedure, and that I was actually a prime candidate (for a tummy tuck) since I lost the weight naturally (fewer complications). Not only that, but throughout the entire experience of the procedure, and the immediate aftercare in the suite, his entire staff treated me with respect, listened, and reassured me about my concerns. It's been 5 months since the operation and everything is going according to the original plan layed out by Dr. Cuzalina. (Swelling will last about 8 months) I will have a couple more follow ups and then expect to live the rest of my life without the excess skin around my stomach that was causing me so much dismay about my appearance and my self-esteem."

"Submentoplasty with neck contouring - I am 35 years old and have despised my inherited “ski slope” neck line and general neck laxicity. I just sort of had the attitude of “it is what it is,” but after a series of particularly unflattering photos, I decided to do something about it. I met with Dr. Cuzalina as he was the surgeon who performed my breast reduction. I had a rare complication post-op, and he took excellent care of me. After discussion, he told me that neck liposuction, which I initially considered, wouldn’t give me the results I wanted. Because my condition was inherited, the major pocket of fat was below the platsyma muscle and couldn’t be accessed with the liposuction cannula. After a brief crisis of conscience in which I felt that I was being disloyal to my dad, I scheduled my procedure.Updated on 30 Oct 2018:The surgery went great, and I saw myself without bandages when I went to take a shower 24 hours post-op. I have a neck! I can’t believe it! It is amazing! The swelling is INTENSE, but not much bruising. The drain is particularly annoying. Not much in the way of pain. It’s just VERY tight!Updated on 4 Nov 2018:I am SO swollen and everything is super tight. I had my one week follow-up, and the doc says all is healing well and that the swelling is just normal lymphatic response. I have some symmetrical lower lip weakness that is causing my smile and speech to be abnormal. The doctor assured me that it will come back. It makes me feel like it draws more attention to my face, but that could just be me.Updated on 13 Nov 2018:My profile looks like I always dreamed it would! However, I don’t think I fully understood the impact to my jawline and speech. Liposuction really traumatizes your body! Healing is slow going, but it is happening. I am trying to focus on the end game, but it is a challenge. I feel like I smile and speak strangely and that people are staring. I hope that part returns to normal soon!Updated on 1 Dec 2018:The swelling continues to get better each day, but is still worse in my left side. I would say that my swelling is, at best, 70% of the way back to normal. My incision is closed and healing nicely. I still have a lot of tightness, and my movements don’t look completely natural. I am also still having issues with my speech and smile. I have a 6 week follow-up appointment on Monday and plan to address these issues. I am also hoping for some steroid injections to speed up the swelling in some particularly lumpy areas. It’s getting there, even if it is slow going.Updated on 16 Jul 2019:My face and neck continue to get better each month. However, my smile and speech are still not 100%. I have had multiple consultations with my doctor and am assured that it is temporary paralysis of the Marginal Mandibular Nerve. I am told that any improvement at all from the outset means that the nerve will fully recover, but can take a year or longer. Recovery has been quite a process for me. I and not the most patient of people, and have had some dark lows because the face in the mirror wasn’t mine. If you’re considering this surgery, keep the end game in mind and be prepared for a LONG recovery period. Having said all that, I look more like a much-improved version of myself each day, and am more and more pleased with my decision to have surgery."

It's been 5 months since the operation and everything is going according to the original plan layed out by Dr. Cuzalina. (Swelling will last about 8 months) I will have a couple more follow ups and then expect to live the rest of my life without the excess skin around my stomach that was causing me so much dismay about my appearance and my self-esteem."

"Mini tummy tuck, back, waist and tummy lipo - Had a wonderful experience at Dr Cuzalina’s office I had surgery on Thursday 11/29/18. I had Lipo all over my back, waist/love handles, stomach and then after the lipo I had a mini tummy tuck. This mini tuck got rid of any lax skin and also my c section scar. I decided To go to Dr Cuzalina because of his expertise and the wonderful job he did on my breasts 3.5 years ago. The only con I can think of is you typically have to wait about 15 to 20 minutes in his office past your appointment time, but that’s pretty typical of any doctors office."
"Submentoplasty with neck contouring - I am 35 years old and have despised my inherited “ski slope” neck line and general neck laxicity. I just sort of had the attitude of “it is what it is,” but after a series of particularly unflattering photos, I decided to do something about it. I met with Dr. Cuzalina as he was the surgeon who performed my breast reduction. I had a rare complication post-op, and he took excellent care of me. After discussion, he told me that neck liposuction, which I initially considered, wouldn’t give me the results I wanted. "42 Years Old, 4 Kids, It's My Time Now - Tulsa, OK - When I turned 40, I was determined to find the better me that had been covered for years! This journey began with a weight loss challenge at work, which I won! It quickly turned me into a fitness fanatic as I was introduced to a life filled with Zumba and Weight Lifting, I wouldn't trade this love for anything, it caused me to feel strong, confident and in control at least with my clothes on! After weight loss we can tuck, position and hide those areas that we don't know what to do with but when I stood naked in front of the mirror, those areas were still there! My husband, who is my biggest proponent, actually nudged me to my first consulation! After my first one I actually felt like maybe those areas that wouldn't fall in line with my goals, could possibly be fixed! After a couple consults, I knew I wanted to take the next step! I was a smoker and had tried many times to quit, this was just the motivation I needed, especially after realizing that no extra money would come out of our budget because the amount I was spending every month on cigarettes, was the exact payment amount we needed it to be! You guessed it I scheduled a BL/BA, TT w/ associated liposuction of abdomen and waist! I was nervous but more excited than anything because I was finally going to get my body back! Upon waking up from the procedures, I felt like I had defied everything I had heard! I could do things that others said I couldn't and my recovery was going great!
