"Dr Cuzalina and the staff at Tulsa Surgical Arts in Tulsa are absolutely amazing. Dr Cuzalina is an artist. I have gone to him for many years for Botox and other procedures. In 2020 I had a double mastectomy and immediately following - had reconstructive surgery. The surgeon who performed the mastectomy (not Dr Cuzalina ) did a good job of giving me some shape under my clothes but the implants were not level and too high. On 1/24/23 Dr Cuzalina performed a total reconstructive surgery on my breasts (including creating nipples for me! I didn’t know that was possible ). He also performed a tummy tuck with liposuction under my breast area and along my back side. I am so pleased!!!! I have cleavage and soft breasts and now when I am in the shower my husband just sees me through the glass door and not a constant reminder of cancer. I am so grateful to Dr Cuzalina for his artistic eye and surgical abilities, to Cathy, LeeAnne and Jennifer and all of the rest of the office and nursing staff for all of there guidance and friendliness and to Brandy for her magnificent massages. You wouldn’t think you would need a massage right after a surgery - but you do! I have heeled up fast and so nicely! Today was my 6 week appointment and I feel lovely and far better than I have in the last few years. I highly recommend them all! Thanks again everybody! CEFox"

Dr. C has done my breast implants, tummy tuck and BBL with gluteal implants, all have amazing results. He has an incredible eye for aesthetics and is a very talented surgeon. "i went here the first time i ever got any fillers and was super scared of all the possible risks that my treatment could go wrong.. i am SO happy i came here for my lip fillers! i got mine done by Jessica Stockton. i promise you will not regret anything done by her. she is AMAZING. she is very calming and talks you through it all before she does anything. i love my lips! they don’t look fake or botched at all they look super natural just with some plump. thank you! i definitely recommend Jessica."
"I had a wonderful experience at Tulsa Surgical Arts. The staff was very professional and friendly. I had lip fillers and the nurse I had doing my procedure was extremely professional and kind. She explained the process in detail and gave me different options of products to use and and explained what the outcome of each product would be. She did an excellent job on my lips with little to no pain...i am very happy with the outcome of my procedure. After the procedure my nurse explained what to look out for as far as infection and what to avoid to not cause infection. She also informed me if I didn't like my result they had a product that could undo and dissolve the product in my lips or she could touch them up if I wasn't happy with the results. Overall my experience was fantastic and I wouldn't even hesitate recommending Tulsa Surgical Arts as your go to place for your cosmetic needs."

"I recently had a girls night Botox party here and it was amazing! There were a lot of first timers at the party and the staff was informative and awesome. Everyone felt comfortable and there was no pressure. The esthetician also stayed for the party and offered hair removal and chemical peels. I will definitely be doing this again!! Loved it!"

"Dr. Cuzalina and his staff are absolutely phenomenal. They all go above and beyond to ensure the happiness of their clients. Missi, the coordinator, returned my call at 10pm because they had been so busy and she didn’t get a chance to do so. She never made excuses, nor made up a lie about it; I didn’t think anything of it, but she was honest and extremely apologetic. The day of my surgery was no different; I was treated as if I were family. Dr. Cuzalina is very professional, funny, attentive, and never rushed my appointment at all. On May 8th, he performed my breast implant removal and replacement surgery, as well as a full lift. My results are sooooo amazing. Today (06/18/2019) not only did he attend to my 6 week Check up, he performed the permanent lip filler treatment which I love. I have TMJ and my jaw doesn’t align as it is supposed too, therefore, the fuller lips will help my mouth area to not look so “off set”. I could go on and on about the greatness of Dr. Cuzalina and his team, but there simply aren’t enough pages in a notebook, nor here to do so!!! I highly recommend Dr. Cuzalina and his team for any and all cosmetic surgeries needed/wanted. They’re all AMAZING!!!!!"

I’ve had 3 different nurses do my injections within the few years I’ve been coming and those girls are on point! Ask for Jessica Tyler, Jessica Richards and/or Lindsay Richards.
