"I am 9 weeks post op and I am SO happy with my results. After losing 80lbs on my own, I had a tummy tuck with associated liposuction, breast augmentation and lift with a free nipple graft. "My experience at Tulsa Surgical Arts was amazing! I was told by my first surgeon ( in Houston, Tx) that I would not get the results I desired after going through my breast augmentation twice with him. He struggled with getting the symmetry right. Fast forward to 17 years later, I needed my implants replaced because of a silent rupture that was suspected from my mammogram. I dreaded the thought of having to go through another procedure. I searched Google reviews and results of every cosmetic surgeon within 400 mile radius. I was pleased with Dr. Cuzalina's before and after pictures, so I scheduled a consultation with him. "UPDATE: I have received a call from Kaley stating there was some misunderstanding scheduling my appointment! She explained that because I am a past patient it is considered a follow up and able to get schedule a lot sooner than August! I appreciate the phone call to clear up the misunderstanding and will soon be able to figure out my next steps! I am a past breast augmentation client who had a recent scan that shows a possible intracapsular rupture and first consult is AUGUST!! They do acknowledge this can cause sickess and side effects but make no effort to work these cases in any sooner, but you can be put on the wait list! I did schedule for August because I have no other choice at this moment and need to consult and see what the next steps would be. I think this absurd practice for scheduling!! I will mention my previous experience for my breast augmentation was fine no complaints."

"I had a thigh lift in December of 2020. A thigh lift is a very tough surgery. This is the second time I have used Dr. Cuzalina. My first surgery was a tummy and breast augmentation after I lost 80 pounds through diet and exercise in 2012. I would only trust Dr. Cuzalina and his staff with my life. Dr. Cuzalina is an amazing, intelligent cosmetic surgeon. His work is ”state of the art.” All of his staff was incredible and cared for me from beginning to end. "Dr. Cuzalina and his staff are absolutely phenomenal. They all go above and beyond to ensure the happiness of their clients. Missi, the coordinator, returned my call at 10pm because they had been so busy and she didn’t get a chance to do so. She never made excuses, nor made up a lie about it; I didn’t think anything of it, but she was honest and extremely apologetic. The day of my surgery was no different; I was treated as if I were family. Dr. Cuzalina is very professional, funny, attentive, and never rushed my appointment at all. On May 8th, he performed my breast implant removal and replacement surgery, as well as a full lift. My results are sooooo amazing. Today (06/18/2019) not only did he attend to my 6 week Check up, he performed the permanent lip filler treatment which I love. I have TMJ and my jaw doesn’t align as it is supposed too, therefore, the fuller lips will help my mouth area to not look so “off set”. I could go on and on about the greatness of Dr. Cuzalina and his team, but there simply aren’t enough pages in a notebook, nor here to do so!!! "Submentoplasty with neck contouring - I am 35 years old and have despised my inherited “ski slope” neck line and general neck laxicity. I just sort of had the attitude of “it is what it is,” but after a series of particularly unflattering photos, I decided to do something about it. I met with Dr. Cuzalina as he was the surgeon who performed my breast reduction. I had a rare complication post-op, and he took excellent care of me. After discussion, he told me that neck liposuction, which I initially considered, wouldn’t give me the results I wanted. Because my condition was inherited, the major pocket of fat was below the platsyma muscle and couldn’t be accessed with the liposuction cannula. After a brief crisis of conscience in which I felt that I was being disloyal to my dad, I scheduled my procedure.Updated on 30 Oct 2018:The surgery went great, and I saw myself without bandages when I went to take a shower 24 hours post-op. I have a neck! I can’t believe it! It is amazing! The swelling is INTENSE, but not much bruising. The drain is particularly annoying. Not much in the way of pain. It’s just VERY tight!Updated on 4 Nov 2018:I am SO swollen and everything is super tight. I had my one week follow-up, and the doc says all is healing well and that the swelling is just normal lymphatic response. I have some symmetrical lower lip weakness that is causing my smile and speech to be abnormal. The doctor assured me that it will come back. It makes me feel like it draws more attention to my face, but that could just be me.Updated on 13 Nov 2018:My profile looks like I always dreamed it would! However, I don’t think I fully understood the impact to my jawline and speech. Liposuction really traumatizes your body! Healing is slow going, but it is happening. I am trying to focus on the end game, but it is a challenge. I feel like I smile and speak strangely and that people are staring. I hope that part returns to normal soon!Updated on 1 Dec 2018:The swelling continues to get better each day, but is still worse in my left side. I would say that my swelling is, at best, 70% of the way back to normal. My incision is closed and healing nicely. I still have a lot of tightness, and my movements don’t look completely natural. I am also still having issues with my speech and smile. I have a 6 week follow-up appointment on Monday and plan to address these issues. I am also hoping for some steroid injections to speed up the swelling in some particularly lumpy areas. It’s getting there, even if it is slow going.Updated on 16 Jul 2019:My face and neck continue to get better each month. However, my smile and speech are still not 100%. I have had multiple consultations with my doctor and am assured that it is temporary paralysis of the Marginal Mandibular Nerve. I am told that any improvement at all from the outset means that the nerve will fully recover, but can take a year or longer. Recovery has been quite a process for me. I and not the most patient of people, and have had some dark lows because the face in the mirror wasn’t mine. If you’re considering this surgery, keep the end game in mind and be prepared for a LONG recovery period. Having said all that, I look more like a much-improved version of myself each day, and am more and more pleased with my decision to have surgery."
"32DDD SRX 545 UPH Natrelle 5’0ft 109 Lbs 41 Yrs Old - I have received a BA when I was 25 yrs old. I originally had a cup size of 34A and went with 325cc teardrop implants.; however after 16 yrs I ended up have a capsular contracture of my right breast. I needed to have them redone and I chose to go with Dr. Cuzalina out of Tulsa, OK. I chose to go with the Natrelle SRX 545cc round implant. I am 41 years old and weight 109lbs. The doctor was thorough and answered all of my questions. I was able to try on different sizes of implants during my consultation appointment. I wanted to go with a larger implant size this time; however still feared that I was going to not have a natural look if I went any bigger than the 545. I had my BA today. The staff was patient and told me what they were doing all the way up till I fell asleep for the operation. I came out of surgery fairly coherent, and the pain was moderate. The pain is tolerable, but the surgical bra is super tight. Swelling is abundantly clear and right now they do not look like I am going to be much bigger than my original 350cc implants. I will be taking pictures along the way and posting about my recovery.Updated on 29 Aug 2019:I am swollen, and bruised. I expected them to be bigger, but I’m hearing they need to fluff and drop. I’m curious if the skin needs to stretch a bit. I’m excited because the doctor said I could leave the surgical bra off for a few hours.Updated on 29 Aug 2019:Before and after side by side. Before was taken one week ago. After is day 2 of photo. I am 109lbs. and 5’0” tall. I went with Natrelle 545cc implants round, and above the muscle. I am swollen all over. Cleavage area is one of the most swollen areas.Updated on 5 Sep 2019:I am one week post op. The swelling is down quite a bit, but still very sore. I am sore around the armpits and upper breast bone. Trying to find a comfortable bra to sleep in has been the greatest challenge. The surgical tape was removed yesterday and replaced with brown protective tape that will stay on for 5 weeks why incisions heel.Updated on 5 Sep 2019:The top pic is the day after surgery and the bottom is 8 days after surgery. The swelling has gone down dramatically, but I can still hear the fluid at the top of my implants. For the second week I experienced cleavage pain, and pain under my armpits. Itching was a real struggle also. Going into the third week I used a small microfiber cloth in between my cleavage while I slept so that I could sleep more easily on my side. Lastly, I have noticed the my right implant is falling more quickly than my left. I hear that this is normal."

"Dr. Cuzalina is a cosmetic surgeon who actually cares how his patients perceive their looks as well as the work he has done. He is very kind natured and humble not arrogant, (like some are), and will go to great lengths to please his patients to their greatest satisfaction. He is amazing when it comes to studying and knowing the formation, structure and changes of the face with age. His staff have someone on call ALL hours of the night after surgery that you can contact if need be. I would never trust anyone but Dr.Cuzalina.
